Returns Policy

We hope you are very satisfied with the purchase, but in case you wish to make an exchange or prefer to return, there is no problem! The policy was written based on the legislation of the Consumer Protection Code (Brazil); and below we explain how this process works.

 

EXCHANGE:

 

The product can be exchanged within 07 (seven) days after receipt, if this happens, inform us by e-mail (carmel.vix@gmail.com). The product can not contain indications of use, alteration, odor or washing.

You must send the product back, once it arrives, we will verify the items described above, and after analysis, we send the new piece. We are responsible for the shipping cost in the first exchange process, but in case you need to exchange more times, we will charge the shipping cost.

*  For international purchase: returns and exchanges are NOT free. The shipping cost of returning any item/s are not covered or reimbursed by Carmel.

 

RETURNS:

 

The consumer also has the right to return the product in case of withdrawal / repentance, also within 07 days. If this happens, inform us by e-mail (carmel.vix@gmail.com). The product can not contain indications of use, alteration, odor or washing. After verification, we make the refund.

 

If the product has a manufacturing defect, it may be exchanged or returned within 30 (thirty) days. The technical analysis will be carried out by Carmel and the consumer will have a response within three (3) business days.

*  For international purchase: returns and exchanges are NOT free. The shipping cost of returning any item/s are not covered or reimbursed by Carmel.

* Carmel does not accept returns on any sale items.
